Now located in Thornton Methodist Church. Designed by William Morris. Unveiled 15 January 1921, attended by Local Clergy and dignitaries and Mr. Pearson Bentham. It is a single light stained glass window decorated depicting Christ in majesty bestowing a crown on a kneeling soldier in armour. Mounted on inside wall of church lit from behind.
Its inscription reads:

TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN HONOURED MEMORY OF THOSE WHO DIED IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 – 1918
